Beta terms
These terms apply to the private beta of Scandar. They are a contract between you and the person named in the legal notice.
The beta
Scandar reads dependency manifests, checks them against public vulnerability data, and can open a fix pull request. During the beta the service is free. It is provided as is, without a warranty. It can be changed or stopped. Scan results do not replace an audit. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Accounts
You need an invitation. You must give an email address you can open. You are responsible for the credentials and for the repositories you connect. Password sign-up asks you to accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may scan projects you are allowed to read. You may not scan a repository you have no rights to, bypass the rate limits, share an API key, or use the service to attack someone.
Your content
You keep the rights to your repositories and uploads. You grant Scandar the rights it needs to read those files, store scan results, and open a fix branch, for as long as the project stays connected. An explanation of an advisory is an aid, not a guarantee.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. Questions: BIDON_ELOUAN.
